US Welcomes New 15-Hour Boeing 787 Flights by Air Premia from Seoul to Washington Dulles

South Korea's Air Premia, a hybrid carrier, is launching its longest US route from Seoul Incheon to Washington Dulles in April, targeting peak summer demand. The route will operate four times weekly, with flights lasting up to 15 hours and 25 minutes due to avoiding Russian airspace. The airline's Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner offers enhanced comfort with lower cabin pressure, higher humidity, and noise reduction, making long-haul flights more manageable. Air Premia's US network includes routes to Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, and Honolulu, with plans to expand to Seattle. In May 2026, the airline will operate 31 weekly US flights, capturing about 13% of the total US-Seoul market, which has nearly doubled in the past year. The new route provides direct, convenient travel options for Asian travelers, business professionals, and tourists, offering a modern, comfortable flying experience that expands US-Asia connectivity.
