Meanwhile, in the UK, the Financial Regulation Innovation Lab (FRIL) has established the FRIL Skills Academy, a pioneering online platform supported by the universities of Strathclyde and Glasgow, to address skills gaps in financial services, especially in AI, data, and regulatory compliance. The academy offers microcredentials, short courses, and executive education accessible 24/7 via a virtual platform, fostering lifelong learning and industry collaboration.
